Step 1: Sign up
Create your account at /sign-up using email + password or your Google account.
Step 2: Connect Webflow
On the onboarding screen, click "Connect my Webflow workspace". You'll be redirected to Webflow to authorize theConsent.
theConsent requests the following scopes:
sites:read— to list your Webflow sitescustom_code:write— to inject the banner script
Step 3: Select your site
Pick the Webflow site you want to add the banner to. theConsent will register it and assign it a unique siteKey.
Step 4: Customize the banner
Go to Banner Builder tab. Change layout, colors, copy, and behavior with live preview on the right.
Step 5: Inject the script
On the Setup tab, click "Auto-inject via Webflow API". theConsent will add the banner script to your site's Custom Code → Head section.
Step 6: Publish in Webflow
Open Webflow Designer for your site, click Publish. The banner is now live.
