Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with theConsent within the first 14 days of your initial subscription (monthly or yearly), we'll refund your full payment — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@gettheconsent.com within 14 days of your initial subscription.
  2. Include the email address associated with your account.
  3. We'll process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

What's eligible

  • ✅ First-time monthly or yearly subscriptions, within 14 days
  • ✅ Accidental duplicate payments
  • ✅ Service outages exceeding 24 hours

What's not eligible

  • ❌ Lifetime plans — these are non-refundable due to their one-time nature. We recommend trying monthly first.
  • ❌ Subscriptions older than 14 days
  • ❌ Renewals after the first billing period
  • ❌ Accounts terminated for terms violations

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remainder of the period, but you won't be charged again.

Currency & taxes

Refunds are issued in the original currency (USD). Any taxes withheld by Razorpay are also refunded. Currency conversion fees applied by your bank are not refundable.
